Biomesotherapy

Biomesotherapy is a powerful technique used to treat the pain caused by inflammation. It works quickly to reduce healing time from sprains and injury by as much as 60%, with an immediate reduction in pain. This means you get back to your normal life faster and with less down time.

A powerful technique for treating pain; Biomesotherapy is used in preference to cortisone injection by FIFA, the international football association of Europe. Biomesotherapy Is 100% safe and highly effective for pain and inflammation. At NatMed we use biomesotherapy in conjunction with Traumeel saline solute which was voted the number one anti inflammatory by the German Pharmacist's association two years in a row and is now the preferred anti inflammatory treatment (over and above nsaids and cortisone), by FIFA, the European football association.

How does it work?

Stimulating the body by injecting a sterile saline solution (which is exactly the same as the body's fluid composition) under the skin. Biomesotherapy injections are usually painless.

Does it hurt?

With the "Inject-ease" device, the needles used are very fine and more like acupuncture needles. In fact the patient feels mostly no discomfort. Most people are surprised how easily and quickly injections are given. What is What

What is Biomesotherapy useful for?

Biomesotherapy is useful for all types of conditions, but it is especially used for acute and chronic pain, and has been shown to be comparable to cortisone therapy without the added side affects. More than 10 years of experience in Europe support that Biomesotherapy provides alleviation of pain, inhibition of inflammation, increased circulation, muscle relaxation, fine nerve endings repair and stimulation of your own body's healing mechanisms, thus speeding up the process of injury recovery.

Biomesotherapy is used to treat:

How long does biomesotherapy take to work?

Some people experience relief of their pain within minutes of their first treatment, however, it can take up to half an hour. Sessions are for approximately half an hour. Depending on the severity of the condition, treatment is often once or twice weekly for the first two weeks, and as the healing process is facilitated and the condition is ameliorated, treatments become weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Some conditions may require maintenance treatments to ensure that wellness is supported however most conditions are treated within 3 - 6 treatments.

Testimonial

"I have been a long-term sufferer of pain in my right arm which began some 25 years ago.. I injured my right elbow tendons inside and out. At the time this was treated with a steroid injection. Over many years of working with computers and the computer mouse, I developed bad RSI in the right arm (elbow and wrist) - so bad that in the end I could not carry any weight at all with that arm. Because of this I tended to carry shopping bags etc in my left arm which caused a similar (though not as bad) problem in the left elbow area. I have a new granddaughter and decided to seek help - I did not want to not be able to pick up the child should I wish to do so. I visited NatMed and began a programme of Biomesotherapy for the problem. It is now six months following the completion of the treatment and both my arms are free of pain."
